At least one killed in Russia’s missile strike on Kharkiv

The Russian military have launched a missile strike on the city of Kharkiv. At least one person was reported killed and four injured.

The relevant statement was made by Kharkiv Regional State Administration Head Oleh Syniehubov on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The road surface was struck in Kharkiv’s Kyivskyi District. Sadly, one person was killed, and one passer-by was injured,” Syniehubov wrote.

Emergency services are working at the scene.

Later, Syniehubov added that the number of those injured increased to four.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on Telegram that Kharkiv’s Osnovianskyi District also came under enemy fire.
