One killed, two injured in Russian shelling of residential building in Kharkiv

At least one person has been killed and two others injured in Sunday's enemy shelling of Kharkiv.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported this on Telegram.

"Shelling of a residential building in the Novobavarsky district. At this time, we know of one dead and two injured. The building itself was partially destroyed," the report said.

Terekhov also added that water supply in Kharkiv had been restored at night. The subway and ground electric transport are operating as normal.

Late on September 11, the enemy launched 11 cruise missiles across Ukraine. The strikes caused power outages in a number of regions.
