Man injured, administrative buildings, market, houses destroyed in missile attack on Dnipro

The enemy hit Dnipro and Nikopol districts of Dnipropetrovsk region.

"The Russians fired a missile at Dnipro city center. They hit a residential quarter where families of Dnipro residents were sleeping peacefully. A 72-year-old man was injured. He is hospitalized in serious condition. Administrative buildings, shops, a market, warehouses, and residential buildings were destroyed. The details are being clarified," Valentyn Reznichenko, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

Earlier, Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov said that civilians had been injured in the strike.

Nikopol was struck three times during the night. More than 35 Russian Grad and heavy artillery shells slammed into the town, injuring two men and a woman.

In the town, 35 apartment blocks and private houses, several educational institutions, an outpatient clinic, an industrial infrastructure facility, cars, gas lines, and power lines were damaged.

The enemy also struck Marhanets community. No casualties or destructions have been reported so far.

As reported, a ten-year-old boy was injured in the shelling of Pokrovske district, Dnipropetrovsk region.
