Thirty-one Russian projectiles hit Sumy Region

Russian troops have opened fire on Sumy Region’s Esman community from the territory of Russia. A total of 31 enemy projectiles were recorded.

The relevant statement was made by the North Operational Command on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

The Russian military struck the Esman community, which is situated in Sumy Region’s Shostka District, between 06:20 p.m. and 07:00 p.m. According to the preliminary data, they used cannon artillery.

No casualties among civilians were reported.

A reminder that, in the morning of August 14, 2022, Russian troops opened fire on Sumy Region’s Yunakivka community, causing damage to detached houses and farm household.
