Three people wounded in enemy shelling of Mykolaiv region

Three people were wounded in enemy shelling of Mykolaiv region over the past day.

The head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, Hanna Zamazeyeva, said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

“The invaders continue to shell Mykolaiv region. Mykolaiv was attacked again at night. Different areas were hit. Residential buildings, medical infrastructure and medical vehicles were damaged. Currently, we know about three wounded people," Zamazeyeva wrote.

According to her, residential areas of Bashtanka and Mykolaiv districts came under attack. The enemy struck Pervomaiask, Halytsynove, Inhulka and Bereznehuvate communities. The strike caused damages and fires in the fields.

Overall, as of this morning, there were 382 patients in Mykolaiv hospitals, who suffered from Russian attacks. Other 44 victims received outpatient care.

On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, firing at Ukrainian cities and villages with artillery, multiple launch rocket systems and ballistic missiles.
