Russian troops destroyed food warehouses in the big cities of Luhansk region.

"The Russian army destroyed food warehouses, shops, and markets in big cities. The populated localities are on the verge of humanitarian disaster," Serhiy Haidai, Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram, commenting on the current situation in Luhansk region.

As noted, the centralized gas supply system in Rubizhne and Lysychansk was destroyed and significant funds are needed to restore it.

Meanwhile, the Russians transport grain from the occupied territories by Kamaz trucks.

Despite everything, the Armed Forces of Ukraine hold the fort on the outskirts of Luhansk region. Two localities in the region are controlled by the government.

As reported, enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups have become active in Luhansk region as the Russians lack ammunition.
