Dobropillia in Zaporizhzhia region remains under Ukrainian control – military

The village of Dobropillia in the Zaporizhzhia region remains under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

According to Ukrinform, the 33rd Assault Regiment announced this on Facebook.

"The 33rd Assault Regiment, together with the 1st Assault Regiment and adjacent units, stopped an attempted breakthrough by Russian invaders into Dobropillia in the Zaporizhzhia region," the statement said.

The enemy advanced in a fully loaded truck carrying Russian troops, intending to reach a deployment point from which they planned to launch an assault on the village. However, fighters of the 33rd Regiment, along with supporting units, intercepted them.

"Close coordination, rapid decision-making, and precise execution left the invaders no chance. Dobropillia remains under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The enemy has been completely defeated," the military said.
