Ukraine’s Armed Forces liberate more than 20 localities in Kherson region

In Kherson region, more than 20 populated localities have been liberated at the side of Dnipropetrovsk region.

"More than 20 populated localities have been liberated at the side of Dnipropetrovsk region," Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Hennadiy Lahuta said during the nationwide telethon, Ukrinform reports.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to move forward, liberating Kherson region, he stressed.

Lahuta also noted that about 50% of the population had left Kherson region.

As reported, fighting continues on the line of contact in the south of the country. The Armed Forces of Ukraine launched the counter-offensive in some places but the occupiers try to resist, blowing up bridges over the Inhulets River near Davydiv Brid and Velyka Oleksandrivka.
