Russians twice fire at Dnipropetrovsk Region’s Velyka Kostromka

On the night of May 20, 2022, Russian troops again opened fire on Velyka Kostromka, Dnipropetrovsk Region.

The relevant statement was made by Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Valentyn Reznichenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Last night the situation was calm in most districts. In Kryvyi Rih District, it was alarming again. Russian occupiers twice opened fire on Velyka Kostromka,” the report states.

According to Reznichenko, no casualties among civilians were reported. Windows were broken in several houses.

Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council Head Mykola Lukashuk noted that Russian troops had fired at Velyka Kostromka with mortar and cannon artillery systems.

A reminder that, on May 19, 2022, Russian invaders shelled the residential areas in the village of Velyka Kostromka, Dnipropetrovsk Region. Over 20 houses were destroyed; gas and power supplies were interrupted. Two civilians were injured.
