Enemy shells Zolote: two killed, two injured

In Luhansk region, Russian invaders shelled the town of Zolote, killing two civilians and injuring two.

According to Ukrinform, this was announced on Telegram by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Sergiy Gaidai.

"In the afternoon, the Russians opened fire on the settlements of the Hirsk Community. The shells hit residential areas. Two civilians were killed and two were injured in Zolote,” the official wrote, urging residents to remain in shelters.

Luhansk region is under constant fire by Russian aggressors. Multiple households, civilian infrastructure, and educational facilities were destroyed across the region, while none of the local hospitals remained unaffected by enemy strikes.

According to the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, as of April 19, there were about 70,000 civilians left in the region, who had refused to evacuate.
