Three people killed, four injured in Russian shelling of district in Kharkiv

Three people were killed and four others were injured in Russian shelling of Nemyshlianskyi district in Kharkiv city.

The press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office said this in a statement, Ukrinform reports.

“According to the investigation, on April 13, 2022, Russian servicepersons fired on residential buildings in Nemyshlianskyi district in Kharkiv. Three people were killed in the shelling. Four civilians were injured,” the report says.

In addition, the shelling damaged people's homes and cars.

Employees of the SBU’s department in Kharkiv region are conducting an investigation into this case.

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
