Sapphire rescue ship, liberated from Russian invaders, is already in Ukraine. 

"Sapphire rescue ship, liberated from Russian invaders, is already in Ukraine. It was moored in the port of Izmayil," Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak posted on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

As reported, the Sapphire rescue ship, captured by the Russians, was returned to Ukraine on April 8. All 19 crew members were released from Russian captivity as part of the first prisoner exchange on March 25.

On February 24, Russian president Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops shell and destroy key infrastructure, massively fire on residential areas of Ukrainian cities, towns, and villages using artillery, MLRS, and ballistic missiles.
