"In the morning, the orcs again started their favorite business - destroying residential areas of peaceful cities. In Rubizhne, four people were injured in shelling of a residential building… A woman was found dead in the old district of Severodonetsk,” the governor wrote.

He noted that a multi-storey building, a filling station and an enterprise were on fire in Lysychansk, and extinguishing was not possible due to Russian shelling.
