Russia’s Guard observation post destroyed

A combat unit of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Zakarpattia Brigade destroyed an observation post of the Russian National Guard officers from Dagestan equipped in a forest.

“As a result of a military confrontation that lasted several minutes, an Ural armored truck and two Russian Guard members were eliminated (the enemies burned down and cannot be identified). The rest escaped,” the Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Facebook.

The documents of a Russian Guard member were found at the observation post: a military identity card, weapons storage card, a Russian Guard badge, a radioactive dose record card, various memorabilia, Sberbank credit cards, etc.

The Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published the personal data of the Russian Guard member: "Vladyk Madanov, born on June 2, 1995. The military ID card was issued by the military enlistment office in the Republic of Dagestan."

On February 24, Russian president Putin started the invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops shell and destroy key infrastructure, massively fire on the residential areas of Ukrainian cities, towns, and villages using artillery, MLRS, and ballistic missiles.
