Russia’s ‘main’ case of aggression against Ukraine includes 205 suspects

There are already 205 suspects in the ‘main’ case of the Russian aggression against Ukraine.

The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The ‘main’ case of the Russian aggression against Ukraine includes 205 suspects, the representatives of the military and political leadership of the Russian Federation: ministers, deputies, military command, officials, heads of law enforcement agencies, instigators of war and propagandists of the Kremlin,” the report states.

A total of 2,702 crimes of aggression and war crimes committed by the Russian military have already been registered, namely 2,628 crimes related to the breaking of laws and customs of war, 38 crimes related to planning, preparing for, starting and waging an aggressive war, five crimes related to the propaganda of war, etc.

In addition, a total of 1,640 crimes against national security were registered, including 1,136 crimes related to the encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, 322 crimes related to state treason, 53 crimes related to sabotage, etc.

A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, starting a war. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, launching missile strikes on Ukrainian cities and villages, killing civilians.
