Ukrainian troops engage Russian invaders with Stingers, NLAWs outside Chernihiv

The Russians are suffering losses near Chernihiv, having a hard time holding their ground.

That’s according to Viacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.

“The Ukrainian Army is beating the enemy, inflating blows every hour. Russian invaders aren’t happy at all these days. Don’t believe those sowing panic across social media, who claim there’s no army. Our Army is out there. They’ve got all kinds of weapons – Stingers, NLAW anti-tank systems, inflicting losses on the enemy," Chaus said.

According to the head of the Chernihiv RMA, the city still has major issues with power supplies, but local emergency crews are working 24/7 to restore the damaged grid.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on Tuesday, Ukrainian artillery smashed five enemy Grad MLR systems together with loading vehicles near Chernihiv.
