Kyiv under control by Ukrainian army, territorial defense forces - city administration

The Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, is under control by the Ukrainian army and territorial defense forces as of early February 27, Kyiv City State Administration's press service has said.

"The situation in Kyiv is calm. The capital is completely controlled by the Ukrainian army and territorial defense. There were several clashes with groups of saboteurs at night," said Mykola Povoroznyk, first deputy head of the administration.

A curfew is currently in effect in Kyiv, ending at 08:00 on Monday, February 28. At this time, the movement of private vehicles, except for those with special passes, is prohibited.

Also, all civilians who will be on the street during the curfew will be considered members of the enemy's sabotage and reconnaissance groups.
