Government allocates additional UAH 4.8B for eRecovery program
This was announced on Telegram by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, Ukrinform reports.
“The funds will be used to finance housing certificates under the ‘HOME: Compensation for Destroyed Housing’ project. This will allow nearly 3,700 families whose homes were destroyed as a result of Russian armed aggression to purchase new housing,” she wrote.
The Prime Minister reminded that the funding is provided under an agreement signed by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development and the Council of Europe Development Bank during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) in Rome in July 2025.
The eRecovery program is the most effective mechanism for helping Ukrainians whose homes were damaged or destroyed due to the war. Under the program, over 120,000 families have already received compensation.
Previously, Ukrinform reported that in Mykolaiv region, 6,597 families will receive financial compensation for damaged housing through the eRecovery program, while 1,327 more owners of completely destroyed apartments and houses will receive certificates to purchase new homes.
