Estonia to support Ukrainian Navy with EUR 600M
Estonian Infrastructure Minister Vladimir Svet said this in an interview with Ukrinform.
"The first stage of this plan, which we consider the most necessary, answers the question of what the Ukrainian Navy and the maritime industry need now the most. It consists of a package for about 600 million euro, divided into Navy and dual-use requirements. The Navy part is roughly 25% and consists of the most urgent needs of the Ukrainian Navy for them to conduct their operations in the maritime domain," he said.

Svet noted that the plan to restore Ukraine's maritime sector also includes measures to protect Ukrainian infrastructure during the war.
He added that Estonia would also focus on supporting the civilian component, particularly the Grain from Ukraine initiative, and enhancing the potential of Ukrainian ports.
On January 27, Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction and Minister for Communities and Territories Development Oleksii Kuleba and Estonian Infrastructure Minister Vladimir Svet signed a memorandum of understanding in Odesa on implementing the plan to rebuild Ukraine's maritime sector.
Estonia has already delivered a new search and rescue boat to Ukraine's state-owned Maritime Search and Rescue Service.
