Dnipropetrovsk region came under Grad, Uragan MLRS fire, civilian injuries reported

Enemy troops shelled the territory of Dnipropetrovsk region on August 23, civilian injuries reported.

Valentyn Reznichenko, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The night was a continuous air alert... We were hit by rockets, Uragan and Grad [were used]… The Russian army covered three districts with fire - Dnipro, Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih," he wrote.

According to him, two enemy X-22 missiles struck the Dnipro district. The explosion caused a fire. Firefighters put out the flames. Information about casualties is being specified.

The Russians shelled the Nikopol district four times with heavy artillery and Grad MLRS.

A family was injured in Marhanets. The husband and wife were provided with medical assistance and are being treated at home. Two houses were destroyed and more than 10 were damaged in the town.

The Russians directed 20 shells at Nikopol. There is destruction of housing. No one was injured.

In the Chervonohryhorivka community, one house was destroyed, several were mutilated. No one was injured.

In the Kryvyi Rih district, Russians fired at the Karpivka and Shyroke communities with Uragan MLRS. In the village of Koshove, the power line was cut off.

As reported by Ukrinform, the enemy struck Zaporizhzhia twice during the night.
