Ukraine wins three medals at Invictus Games

Ukraine’s team has already won silver and bronze medals in the long jump and gold medal in the shotput at the Invictus Games international sporting event.

"We won two more medals at the Invictus Games. Artem Lukashuk and Ivan Heretsun won silver and bronze in the long jump. Carry on! Continue to win," President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky posted on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

Earlier, Rodion Sitdikov won gold medal in the shotput.

On April 14, the Ukrainian Invictus Games team flew to The Hague where it will take part in the international multi-sport competition for the next 10 days.

President Volodymyr Zelensky called on members of Ukraine’s Invictus Games team to tell as many people in The Hague as possible about the crimes of Russian troops in Ukraine. The President wished the team great victories.
