Kostyuk advances to Abu Dhabi Open semifinals

Ukraine's 18-year-old tennis player Marta Kostyuk (world No. 99) has defeated Spaniard Sara Sorribes Tormo (No. 66) 0-6, 6-1, 6-4 in the quarterfinals of the Abu Dhabi WTA Women's Tennis Open.
The meeting lasted one hour and 57 minutes, according to Ukrinform.
In the semifinals, Kostyuk will face the winner of the quarterfinal game between Russian Veronika Kudermetova (No. 46) and Ukrainian Elina Svitolina (No. 5).
Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus (No. 10) and Maria Sakkaari of Greece (No. 22) will play in another semifinal.
The prize money of the WTA 500 tournament in Abu Dhabi is $565,530.
