Ukrainian Premier League may resume on June 13-14

The Ukrainian Premier League may resume on June 13-14, according to Meta Ratings.

The nine remaining rounds are to be completed by July 10. Clubs will have at least two weeks to prepare before the tournament restarts.

This will be possible with the most favorable forecast for the epidemiological situation. Other options for resuming the Ukrainian football championship are being considered.

All football competitions in Ukraine were halted in mid-March due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Ukrainian Premier League has been forced to pause after 23 rounds played. At the top of the table are Shakhtar Donetsk with 59 points. Zorya Luhansk are second with 36 points. Dynamo Kyiv are third and have the same number of points.
