Shakhtar defender Rakitsky moves to Zenit

Shakhtar Donetsk and Ukraine defender Yaroslav Rakitsky has moved to Russian club Zenit, according to Shakhtar's official website.
The footballer signed a contract with Zenit for three-and-a-half years. The Ukrainian will play in the new club in the No. 44 shirt.
Earlier it was reported that Zenit had managed to reduce the transfer amount from EUR 14 million to EUR 10 million. The Ukrainian club will get another EUR 2 million as bonuses. The player will have an annual salary of EUR 2.5 million.
Rakitsky had played for Shakhtar since 2009. This season, he scored a goal in 16 matches for the club in all tournaments.
