Ukraine one of only three countries that ratified CoE convention on match-fixing

Ukraine is one of only three member states of the Council of Europe that signed and ratified the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions.
This is stated in the updated infographics of the Council of Europe.
In particular, in addition to Ukraine, which completed the ratification of the convention on January 10, 2017, Norway and Portugal also finalized the legislative process on the document.
In general, 34 countries signed the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions.
The initiators of the convention were the member states of the Council of Europe with the support of international sports organizations, including the IOC and UEFA.
