15-year-old Ukrainian tennis player Marta Kostyuk has won the 2017 International Tennis Federation (ITF) Women's Circuit in the Australian city of Burnie.

In the final confrontation, which lasted 1 hour 8 minutes, Kostyuk scored a victory over No.1-seeded 25-year-old Swiss tennis player Viktorija Golubic (6:4, 6:3), Ukrinform reports.

The victory in Burnie secured Kostyuk the second professional-level title in her career. Last year, Marta became the youngest winner of the ITF tournament, having won the title in the Hungarian town of Dunakeszi.

The victory in the tournament in Australia will allow Kostyuk next Monday to re-establish a personal best in the world ranking, becoming the youngest tennis player in the top-200.
