The Vokrug Sveta (Around the World) portal informs with reference to the press service of the Embassy of Turkey to Ukraine.
"The Ukrainian tourist flow to Turkey is steadily increasing. In the period from January to April of 2017, the country was visited by 158,944 Ukrainians, which was by 11.39% more compared to a four-month period of 2016," the report said.
It is interesting that Georgia heads the list, Iran takes the second place and Germany – the third one. Greece closes the top ten.
The most popular destinations among Ukrainians are Antalya, Istanbul, as well as the resorts of Fethiye, Dalaman, Bodrum and Marmaris.
As a reminder, from June 1, the citizens of Ukraine can cross the border with Turkey with internal passports in the form of ID-cards.
