Maryna Poroshenko, Lilia Hrynevych sign Memorandum of Cooperation on inclusive education

Ukrainian President’s wife, Board Chairman of Petro Poroshenko Charity Foundation Maryna Poroshenko and Minister of Education Lilia Hrynevych on April 19 signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the sphere of inclusive learning environment in Ukraine, the president’s press service reports.
“Such a step will allow us not only strategically continue the reform of the Ukrainian school, but also taking into account the overall positive experience of implementing a pilot project on the development of inclusive learning environment in Zaporizhzhia region, to systematically introduce inclusive education in all pre-school establishments, comprehensive and vocational schools in Ukraine,” reads the report.
According to Maryna Poroshenko, close cooperation and coordinated actions towards the development of inclusive learning environment will allow building a modern and progressive education in Ukraine.
