For three days after the start of ticket sales for Eurovision-2017 fans bought nearly one-fifth of tickets. As of February 17, the total sales (paid orders) of tickets amounted to 11,019 units, and this figure does not even include closed sales for Eurovision fan clubs.

What does e-ticket system/waiting room mean, and what is it for?

E-ticket system is a useful system that controls the maximum number of customers on webpages for the purchase of tickets for Eurovision. It automatically turns on during the massive influx of visitors to the song contest page. If there was no queue, the purchase of tickets woud be impossible for anyone at the peak time. Note that in one session you can buy a limited number of tickets - four. If you need more, you have to repeat the process again or to place an order with a contact center operator.

What should I do if the payment was not made on February 14 and I received the e-ticket?

We understand the incredible excitement and demand for tickets for Eurovision-2017. If there is any problem with payment for reasons beyond a client's control during the start of ticket sales, Concert.ua company automatically sends a ticket, and then we deal with a problem with each client. All these cases have been processed.

I chose a seat for the concert on the scheme and received an error message saying that the ticket cannot be added to cart?

Seats on the webpage are automatically updated every three seconds. If someone adds a seat to the cart, you'll see it available for another three seconds. If you press on this seat you cannot add it to the cart. In this case, the system shows a corresponding message.

What is the total number of seats?

The total seating capacity is 7,820 seats, and 1,400 of them are in a fan zone.

Why are tickets not individual?

Eurovision-2017 does not provide entry to the concert hall with mandatory ID cards. For this reason, tickets are not individual.

What do VIP-tickets mean?

These tickets are for seats in VIP-sector. It is located near Green Room. There will be more comfortable seating and greater distance between rows. But the main thing is that it offers the best view of Eurovision amazing stage!

How do tickets get to the secondary market exchange? Is it safe to buy tickets there?

Tickets for Eurovision appear on the secondary market exchange and other platforms in the same way as for other popular concerts and events with a very high demand - unfortunately, they are bought for resale. So, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased not on Concert.ua and we do not recommend to buy the tickets on exchanges / secondary market.

Can I exchange an e-ticket to a regular one?

Both an electronic ticket bought on Concert.ua and a regular ticket have a barcode that will be scanned at the entrance gate.

What should I do if the ticket is damaged?

Some customers got tickets from inaccuracies in the layout. This is an individual case. In addition, these tickets are valid - they have a barcode and a corresponding number. At the entrance gate a ticket inspector has the ability to check a ticket barcode and its corresponding number. On behalf of Concert.ua I am deeply sorry for any issues with tickets.
