Brussels to host Ukraine on Film festival

January 20-22, Brussels will host the Ukraine on Film festival.

This will be the second Ukrainian film festival in the Belgian capital, held at the BOZAR prestigious art centre, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

The festival will be opened with screening famous Ukrainian film director Oleksandr Dovzhenko’s 1930 masterpiece, Earth. The screening will be accompanied with live performance of Ukrainian ethno-chaos band DakhaBrakha.

The annual Ukrainian film festival in Brussels presents at a high international level the most celebrated modern movies and film classics accompanied with the famous Ukrainian musicians.

In 2017, four new award-winning Ukrainian films will be presented at the festival.
