Seven more villages in Kharkiv region announce forced evacuation of families with children
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, following a meeting of the Defense Council, according to Ukrinform.
“A decision has been made to forcibly evacuate families with children from seven villages in the Starosaltivska community: Bereznyky, Vyshneve, Hontarivka, Metalivka, Radkove, Zarichne, and Shyroke. According to the latest data, there are currently 25 children remaining in these settlements,” the post says.
Syniehubov urged families with minors to leave the dangerous areas immediately, as it is a matter of saving lives.
It is noted that evacuation routes have been worked out and temporary accommodation for people has been provided.
“Evacuated families will receive support in obtaining IDP status, access to payments and humanitarian aid,” Syniehubov added.
As reported, the Coordination Headquarters for Evacuation has decided on the mandatory evacuation of children and their parents from five settlements in Zaporizhzhia region.
