Nighttime Russian attack leaves 56,000 consumers without electricity in Bucha district, Kyiv region

In the Bucha district, 56,000 consumers were left without electricity as a result of an attack on the night of January 17

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the DTEK Group on Telegram.

“Kyiv region: 56,000 families in the Bucha district were left without electricity due to a night attack. Energy workers immediately restored power to critical infrastructure. Restoration work is currently underway. The situation is complicated by the cold weather,” the report said.

Energy workers also reminded that emergency power cuts are continuing in the Brovary and Boryspil districts of the region.

As reported, the Air Defense Forces destroyed 96 of the 115 drones used by the Russians to attack Ukraine since the evening of January 16.
