Two schools collapse in Russia in one day

On September 21, School No. 5 collapsed in the city of Tatarsk, Novosibirsk region. No one was inside at the time of the accident.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Novosibirsk region has opened a criminal case to determine who carried out repairs at the school and when.
Tatarsk is located approximately 470 kilometers west of Novosibirsk.
Earlier, on Saturday, a school building undergoing repairs collapsed in Moscow. Concrete slabs fell from the fourth to the first floor, trapping workers who were in the basement at the time. Two people were killed.
According to the Moscow Prosecutor's Office, the victims were “workers of a subcontracting commercial organization.”
As reported by Ukrinform, six educational institutions were damaged as a result of a combined attack by the Russian Federation on the industrial zone of Berdychiv, Zhytomyr region, on September 10.
