Project Ukraine launches platform to help displaced Ukrainians

Ukrinform
The Ukrainian-British IT initiative Project Ukraine launched the international platform Find Refuge to support Ukrainians suffering from war.

That’s according to the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

The platform’s site offers users advice on legal issues, help with accommodation, as well as employment, healthcare, and education tips.

To get help, Ukrainians need to register on the site and fill out an online form. Then the application will be forwarded to a volunteer who will be able to resolve the issue.

People with knowledge and experience in a certain field can become volunteers. To this end, registration is also required.

Currently, the project focuses specifically on IDPs and asylum seekers. But over time, it intends to expand operations so that more people seeking help could get professional assistance.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Ukraine created a TurBOTA chatbot for internally displaced persons, taking into account their ethnic and religious identity.
