"Today I am in the United States for talks with representatives of the American government. The main goal of all meetings is the reconstruction of our Kharkiv. As part of this business trip, I will visit Washington, D.C., as well as the Cities Summit [of the Americas] in Denver, which will be held for the first time at the initiative of the U.S. State Department and with the support of USAID," the message says.

Terekhov noted that the events in the United States are an opportunity to "find new ideas and approaches to recovery."
