HQCJ's Selection Commission starts transferring materials on 32 candidates to HCJ

The Selection Commission of the High Qualification Commission of Judges has started transferring materials regarding 32 candidates for the post of a member of the HQCJ to the High Council of Justice.

According to Ukrinform, the Selection Commission announced this in a post on Facebook.

"The Selection Commission has started the process of transferring materials and documents to the High Council of Justice regarding 32 candidates for the position of a member of the HQCJ. We expect to complete this process by the end of this week, and we will definitely let you know," the post reads.

The Selection Commission appealed to 32 candidates recommended for the position of a member of the HQCJ to give their consent to the publication of answers to the questions of the Selection Commission.

"Most of the candidates have already given their consent, and we will complete this process by the end of this week. After that, these materials will be published either on the HCJ website or on this page. We are currently finalizing the preparation of positive decisions regarding the 32 candidates recommended to the HQCJ  and will submit them to the High Council of Justice by the end of the week," the commission said.

On March 15, the Selection Commission for the selection of members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges announced a list of 32 candidates recommended to the High Council of Justice for appointment to 16 vacant positions of members of the HQCJ.

While citing and using any materials on the Internet, links to the website ukrinform.net not lower than the first paragraph are mandatory. In addition, citing the translated materials of foreign media outlets is possible only if there is a link to the website ukrinform.net and the website of a foreign media outlet. Materials marked as "Advertisement" or with a disclaimer reading "The material has been posted in accordance with Part 3 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of July 3, 1996 and the Law of Ukraine "On the Media" No. 2849-Х of March 31, 2023 and on the basis of an agreement/invoice.
