That’s according to Oleksiy Antipovych, chief of the Rating Sociological Group, who spoke at a press conference, Ukrinform reports.
"A third of Ukrainians among those who had a job before the war are currently unemployed. This dynamic has remained unchanged for several months. Some 10% of Ukrainians say that they have lost almost all their income. Most Ukrainians report a partial loss of income," the speaker said.
In addition, according to Antipovych, there is a certain part of citizens, which used to be 2% and now is 6%, who say that their incomes increased as the war started.
The chief of the sociological group reported that a total of 2,000 respondents were surveyed.
As reported, according to the outlook released by the National Bank, the unemployment rate in Ukraine in 2023 will stand at 26%.
