More than 31,000 citizens return to Ukraine in past 24 hours

Over the past day, more than 34,000 people have arrived in Ukraine, of whom 31,000 - Ukrainian citizens.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said in a statement, Ukrinform reports.

On October 4, almost 67,000 people and 19,000 vehicles crossed Ukraine’s western borders with the EU and Moldova.

More than 32,000 people left Ukraine on October 4. Of whom, more than 20,000 crossed the border into Poland, the rest - into other EU countries and Moldova.

In addition, 72 trucks with humanitarian aid entered the territory of Ukraine.

As Ukrinform reported, 37,000 citizens returned to Ukraine on October 3.
