A second case of monkeypox was registered in Ukraine on September 19.

That's according to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

"Currently, a patient has been hospitalized with the following symptoms: a fever, rash on the face, mouth, and hands," the report said.

According to the patient, the rash appeared at the end of August. However, the visit to the hospital took place a few days ago.
