Russians are attempting to destroy Ukraine’s logistic, as they cannot win on the battlefield.

The relevant statement was made by Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Russia continues to fire on railway infrastructure. The information on the missile strike on Dnipro’s central part has already been verified. Russians are attempting to destroy our logistics, as they cannot win on the battlefield,” Yermak wrote.

In his words, Russia’s attempts to stop Ukraine will not succeed, mainly thanks to the courage of Ukrainian defenders, railway and road workers, and all Ukrainians.

According to Yermak, Russia continues to fight against civilians, launching strikes on the central parts of Ukrainian cities. In particular, Kharkiv’s Horky Park again came under enemy fire on Tuesday.

“We need more weapons, more sanctions, more support. Our allies must understand that every hour of doubts comes at a high cost for us in the war for values and freedom,” Yermak stressed.

A reminder that, in the evening of May 4, 2022, the Russian military launched strikes on Kharkiv, Dnipro and Cherkasy. Reportedly, explosions were also heard in Kyiv and Mykolaiv.
