Blinken wishes Ukrainians swift return to peace

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken wishes Ukrainians celebrating Easter today a swift return to peace.

“We are inspired by the resilience of Orthodox Christians in Ukraine in the face of President Putin’s brutal war of aggression. We are continuing to support them and, today, we wish them and all others celebrating Easter hope and a swift return to peace,” Blinken posted on Twitter.

Earlier, on the occasion of Easter, the Embassy of France in Ukraine expressed solidarity with Ukraine and wished Ukrainians peace and hope in times of suffering and pain caused by Russian aggression.
