Chinese becomes sixth language of Ukraine’s official website

The official website of Ukraine,, has launched its sixth language version – in Chinese.

That’s according to Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, who took to Twitter to deliver the news,  Ukrinform reports.

"Today we launched the sixth language version of the official website of Ukraine – the Chinese one:," Kuleba said.

He noted that more than 1.5 billion people worldwide speak Chines, which is one of the official languages ​​of the United Nations.

"Promoting Ukraine's positive image across the world is a priority of our Foreign Policy Strategy," Kuleba recalled.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on August 30, an Arabic language version appeared on Ukraine's official website.
