As part of the Great Restoration project, works are currently underway at 36 cultural heritage sites.

"Currently, the restoration of 36 cultural heritage sites is underway," Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko said at the forum "Ukraine 30. Decentralization" on July 29, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

Tymoshenko added that the Great Restoration project aimed not only to preserve cultural heritage sites but also to create "tourist flows" to different regions of Ukraine.

As reported, the Great Restoration project is designed for 2021-2023 and seeks to turn the sites of tangible cultural heritage into one of the main resources of Ukraine's development, making them tourist magnets.
