Ukrainian vaccination certificates will be brought in line with all European requirements, Mstyslav Banik, Director of the Directorate for e-Government Development of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has said.

"Everyone is waiting for vaccination certificates. I assure you that as soon as we have a common vision of this document, everyone will know about it and be able to use it. In any case, we synchronize our digital certificate with all European requirements," Banik said at the All-Ukrainian Forum “Ukraine 30. Digitalization” on Tuesday, May 18, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

As reported by Ukrinform, on May 6, Health Minister Maksym Stepanov said that Ukraine plans to introduce "COVID-19 certificates" by July 1 - a document that will contain data on vaccination, negative PCR tests or recovery from COVID-19.

According to Deputy Health Minister Yaroslav Kucher, Ukrainians will not be required to have a coronavirus vaccination certificate, but it will allow easy travel to other countries.
