About 10,000 cases of ARVI and flu recorded in Kyiv over last week

The number of patients with influenza and acute respiratory viral infection (ARVI) in the city of Kyiv is decreasing, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko says.
"According to the Kyiv City Laboratory Center of the Health Ministry of Ukraine, about 10,000 patients with influenza and ARVI were registered in the capital last week," Klitschko said at a briefing on Wednesday.
According to him, more than 6,000 adults and over 3,800 children fell ill.
Klitschko said that 639 people, including 56 children, were hospitalized.
As of February 10, Ukraine reported 1,253,055 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 3,409 new cases recorded over the past 24 hours.
