Chernyshov thanks local authorities, health workers for effective cooperation in combating COVID-19

He said this during the All-Ukrainian Forum "Ukraine 30. Coronavirus: Challenges and Responses" in Kyiv on February 9, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The regions were the first to encounter the coronavirus and the first to respond. I would like to thank the heads of regional state administrations, mayors of cities, and medical workers in the regions for their effective cooperation,” Chernyshov said.

He added that Ukraine is ready for challenges facing regional governance, in particular the further fight against the spread of COVID-19.
