According to the Health Ministry data, the highest incidence of coronavirus cases over the past 14 days was registered in Chernivtsi region (304.9 cases per 100,000 people), Zaporizhzhia region (298.2), Mykolaiv region (293.3) and Kyiv city (245.7).
An average incidence of COVID-19 cases across Ukraine is 177.6 cases per 100,000 people.
The lowest incidence rate of COVID-19 cases in the past 14 days was recorded in Kirovohrad region (59.6 per 100,000 people).
As of January 27, the occupancy rate for hospital beds set aside for COVID-19 amounted to 27.9% across the country and 28.2% in Kyiv city.
The highest level of occupancy rate was recorded in Mykolaiv region (37%).
As of January 28, Ukraine has reported 1,206,412 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 5,529 cases recorded over the past day.
