Ukraine records 13,825 new coronavirus cases

As of December 5, Ukraine has reported 801,716 COVID-19 cases, including 13,825 new coronavirus cases confirmed in past 24 hours.
"Some 13,825 new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in Ukraine as of December 5. In particular, among them are 713 children and 629 health workers," Health Minister Maksym Stepanov wrote on his Facebook page.
According to him, 226 deaths, 1,504 hospitalizations and 14,724 recoveries were recorded in Ukraine over the past day.
For the entire period of the pandemic, 412,533 recoveries and 13,421 deaths have been registered in Ukraine.
The highest number of confirmed COVID-19 cases was registered in Kyiv city (1,541), Dnipropetrovsk region (1,058), Odesa region (1,015), Zaporizhzhia region (1,001), and Kyiv region (995).
