In the event that a full lockdown is introduced in Ukraine, international flights will not be canceled, however, restrictions on domestic flights are not excluded, MP from the Servant of the People faction Yuriy Kamelchuk told Apostrophe news site.

The MP confirmed that passenger flights will be operated during the Christmas and New Year's holidays.

"As far as I know, no one is going to close the airways, that is, people will be able to fly abroad and celebrate New Year's Eve," he said.

However, according to the MP, there may be the same restrictions for airlines performing domestic flights as they were at the beginning of the quarantine this spring.

As Ukrinform reported, on Monday, November 30, the Verkhovna Rada hosted a meeting with the participation of the heads of parliamentary factions and groups, the leadership of the Parliament, the Office of the President and the Prime Minister.

On November 25, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced in a video blog that bills on measures of economic support for citizens and businesses in connection with quarantine restrictions had been registered in the Verkhovna Rada.
