Highest incidence rate of COVID-19 recorded in Sumy, Cherkasy and Kyiv regions
In particular, the incidence rate of COVID-19 during the past 14 days in Sumy region reached 922.8 per 100,000 population, Cherkasy region – 819.7, and Kyiv region – 680.8.
The high incidence rate of COVID-19 was also recorded in Zaporizhzhia region – 679.7, Chernivtsi region – 653.3, Zhytomyr region – 610.1, and Chernihiv region – 617.8.
The incidence rate of COVID-19 in the city of Kyiv is 569.7 per 100,000 population. An average incidence rate across Ukraine is 474 per 100,000 population.
The bed occupancy rate at COVID-19 designated hospitals in the past five days amounted to 49.9% as of November 26. In Kyiv city, this figure amounted to 54.4% as of November 26.
The high level of bed occupancy rate was recorded in Poltava region – 71.3%, Mykolaiv region – 64.6%, Zaporizhzhia region – 62.4%, and Chernihiv region – 63.5%.
As reported, some 16,218 new coronavirus cases have been recorded in Ukraine in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 693,407.
